1. Sponsor

The CSS Audio Criton 1TD-X Kit Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by CSS Audio (Creative Sound Solutions)(“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Stereophile or Analog Planet.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by providing:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• State (must be a U.S. resident)

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted through April 30, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) CSS Audio Criton 1TD-X DIY Speaker Kit (pair) with Flat Pack and Superior Crossover.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): as listed on css-audio.com at the time of the drawing

• No cash or other substitution is permitted

• Prize is non-transferable

• Any costs not explicitly stated (tools, assembly labor, finishing materials, amplification, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the winner

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes (including website and social media), unless prohibited by law, without additional compensation.

 

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the Promotion and for marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

 

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any factor interferes with its proper conduct. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

 

12. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
