We at CSS are so sure you’ll love our speakers and subwoofers that we offer a full 30 day in-home trial on all products (excluding B-stock), regardless of whether they have been used or not. That means if you put together one of our crossovers and you don’t like the speaker, you can send it in for a refund within 30 days the date your product was delivered.

 

If for any reason you aren’t happy with the product you’ve received for any reason, just ship it back to us. Once we receive the item and inspect for damage, you’ll receive a refund for the original purchase price, minus any shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee. For kits we won’t consider things like soldered components or assembled cabinets damaged as long as the parts all function correctly. Any damaged non-working items will be deducted from the refund price.
